All products displayed on the Website are subject to availability. We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate; however, minor variations may occur. In the event of stock shortages, delivery may take up to 14 days, and customers will be notified promptly.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in BAM (KM) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. Payment is required at the time of order placement.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are carried out via Express One across Bosnia and Herzegovina. Standard delivery timeframe is 5–7 business days. In some cases, depending on stock availability, delivery may take up to 14 days. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly stated during checkout.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. Customers must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. Refunds or replacements will be arranged once the returned product has been received and inspected.
